Who We Are
There's always a seat at the table.
We're two cousins brought together by one goal: to serve our community with great flavor, warm hospitality, and a personal touch.
We're passionate about doing things the right way. We believe in being professional, clean, reliable, and committed to high standards, trusted ingredients, and responsible food preparation.
Many of you first met us while we were working with a franchise—an experience we truly appreciate. After three wonderful years serving Oviedo, we decided it was time to create our own brand and bring the community everything you've been asking for.
Our menu was created by a Latin American chef, inspired by authentic flavors and shaped by the ideas and requests of our customers.
